Complaints
All members and employees of Open Door have a right to make a complaint if they feel they have been bullied and/or harassed, and they should follow the steps in the following procedure. All complaints will be taken seriously and the procedure will be handled with fairness, sensitivity and with due respect for the rights of both the complainant and the alleged perpetrator. There is a two-tiered approach in the procedure – informal and formal – to address the issue of bullying or harassment in the workplace.
